Our spreads are prepared with premium quality and perfectly matured fruits and then cooked in small quantities in authentic copper cauldrons to maintain the original natural taste. They are entirely handcrafted according to the pure tradition of the best jam of European producers. No preservative or coloring agents are added as we dedicated to being 100%natural.

On The Rise

Our petit artisanal plant is located in one of the most beautiful villages in the country, Calixa-Lavallée, in the South of Montreal. This ancient abandoned barn came close to demolition before being transformed into our Marquisat workshop and production line.
